"I have found my experience with Dr. Huang to be truly exceptional! I first met him when he worked at The Eye Institute of University Hospitals of Cleveland back in 2014. I enjoyed his personal touch and his humorous "bedside manner". I also was impressed with his practical analogies which helped me understand my condition.
